Cameron Strayhan is a founding partner of Strayhan & Strayhan, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on real estate, construction, and business matters. She represents individuals, developers, and businesses in both transactional and litigation matters, bringing a practical, business-minded perspective shaped by extensive experience in law and real estate. Cameron is known for her precision, strategic judgment, and ability to guide clients through complex matters with clarity and focus.
Before attending law school, Cameron worked in the healthcare section of a large New Orleans law firm, where she gained early exposure to regulatory and commercial matters. She later attended Loyola University New Orleans College of Law on a full academic scholarship, graduating among the top of her class and earning the school’s highest honor in Legal Research and Writing. During law school, Cameron balanced the demands of motherhood, giving birth to both of her daughters while completing her legal education.
Cameron earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University, graduating with dual majors in Microbiology and Chemistry—an academic background that continues to inform her analytical approach to complex legal and technical issues.
Following Hurricane Katrina, Cameron relocated to Florida, where she became a licensed attorney and spent more than a decade working in luxury real estate along Scenic Highway 30A. Her extensive experience in real estate sales, negotiations, and development provides her with a practical understanding of the issues that frequently arise in property, construction, and contractual disputes.
In 2024, Cameron and her husband, Lee Strayhan, established Strayhan & Strayhan, PLLC, combining their experience to form a boutique firm focused on real estate, construction, and business litigation. Cameron’s practice integrates transactional insight with litigation strategy, allowing her to guide clients through matters with careful attention to detail, sound judgment, and a clear understanding of both legal and business considerations.
Cameron is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Walton County Bar Association, and Okaloosa County Bar Association. She is also an active member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.
