
Allison serves as the Senior Paralegal and Litigation Coordinator at Strayhan & Strayhan, PLLC, where she plays a central role in supporting the firm’s litigation practice and day-to-day operations. She brings more than thirteen years of legal experience, beginning her career at Ballin, Ballin & Fishman, a high-volume criminal defense firm, where she worked closely with seasoned trial attorneys in fast-paced, demanding environments. In 2019, Allison transitioned into civil litigation, joining GEICO Staff Counsel, where she further expanded her experience in case management, litigation support, and insurance defense matters.
Throughout her career, Allison has been deeply involved in the full lifecycle of litigation matters, from initial intake through trial. Her experience includes case investigation, discovery management, witness coordination, motion practice support, trial preparation, and courtroom logistics, as well as providing direct attorney support during hearings, docket calls, depositions, mediations, and trials. Having spent years working alongside trial attorneys in both criminal and civil litigation settings, she has developed a strong understanding of litigation strategy, case progression, and courtroom procedure.
Allison’s broad litigation background has sharpened her ability to anticipate case needs, manage deadlines, and organize complex matters with precision and efficiency. She is known for her reliability, discretion, and attention to detail, and plays an integral role in helping the firm deliver responsive, high-quality legal services to its clients.
